1 Equipment Purpose
Glass containers such as ampoules, vials, and infusion bottles occupy a significant share in the pharmaceutical packaging field. 1 Equipment Operating Environment Requirements
l Ambient temperature 23±2℃.
l Ambient humidity 50% RH.
l Avoid using on the same power line as high-power equipment.
l The environment should be clean, free from strong electromagnetic interference, and corrosive gases.
l The test platform should be stable, free from any vibration, and away from heat sources.
2 Equipment Installation Process
l Carefully open the packaging box cover and check the technical documents and accessories against the packing list.
l Remove the instrument and place it on a stable and firm work surface, ensuring there is at least 0.5 meters of operating space around it. Keep the instrument level and secure.
l Read and thoroughly understand the user manual. Operators must carefully read through this manual to understand the installation process and master all operational requirements.
l Properly store the packaging box for future use in return shipping for maintenance.
